Expedition Leadership: A Montana Experience
August 11-15, 2025
While this experience does not include horses, it does take place primarily on the ranch and in Western Montana and focuses on embracing nature to learn and enhance lifelong skills associated with leadership.
Whether you're leading an expedition, or guiding a team in an organization, high-performing teams are the difference between success and failure. The wilderness provides an unparalleled venue to explore leadership strengths and compensate for shortcomings. Lessons learned in the backcountry translate directly to today's business environment. During this week-long adventure, we'll delve into essential survival skills that parallel the challenges of daily life.
Set on a picturesque 700-acre landscape just outside Missoula, Montana, participants will spend the first three days mastering key personal and survival skills. These are essential for handling difficult circumstances and fostering positive communication with diverse personalities. The final two days will put these practices to the test in the pristine Montana wilderness, deep into the backcountry.
